Migrant worker cuts off plaster and starts hobbling for home in Rajasthan

A migrant worker cut off the plaster from his fractured leg and began hobbling his way home on Monday. A labourer, Bhawarlal, took the step to ensure that he can get to his home in Rajasthan. Bhawarlal was among the hundreds stopped at the border in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh. He was told that only pedestrians would be allowed. Pictures of him sitting on the road and cutting off his plaster cast went viral on social media, Thousand of migrant workers have left for their hometown after the prime minister Narendra Modi announced nationwide lockdown on March 24.
