Godrej Properties to develop 2 new projects in Mumbai
Godrej Properties, which is considered as one of India’s leading real estate developers, will be adding two new projects in Worli and Matunga East area of Mumbai (Maharashtra).
Mumbai-based real estate developer is set to jointly develop a land parcel in the upscale neighbourhood of Worli, offering approximately 1.17 million square feet of saleable area as part of a redevelopment project. The site is located within the proximity of developed social and civic infrastructure consisting of various schools, hospitals, retail, residential and commercial spaces. The other project located in the prime micro-market of Matunga (East) will be a residential development project, offering around 0.17 million square feet of saleable area. It will comprise of residential apartments of various configurations. The site is located close to Five Gardens (Matunga), which is one of the central and preferred residential locations in the city.

On Friday, the stock of the company was trading at Rs 605.45, up by 1.47 per cent or Rs 8.75 per share. The 52-week high is Rs 1.188 and 52-week low is Rs 505.95 on BSE.
