MUMBAI: Companies such as Sobha, RBL Bank and Tata Communications saw bulk deals in Wednesday’s trade.

On Wednesday, the 30-share Sensex closed 0.58 per cent or 173.25 points higher at 29,893.96, while 50-share Nifty declined 0.49 per cent or 43.45 points to close at 8,748.75.

Mounting worries over spread of the coronavirus pandemic continued to take a toll on investor sentiment.
