Kareena Kapoor Khan says working in 'Udta Punjab' with Alia Bhatt was 'sisterhood'

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been enjoying her quarantine time at home with husband Saif Ali Khan and son Taimur Ali Khan. Meanwhile, in her radio show, the beautiful actress just reminded everyone that the Bollywood actresses of today are way past competing with each other and prefer to encourage fellow stars for their good work. Speaking about working with Alia Bhatt in 'Udta Punjab' recently, Kareena clarified that she never felt overshadowed by Alia because of her powerful role.Mentioning how she thought at the time that it was 'epic' and 'sisterhood' to come together for a film like 'Udta Punjab', Kareena said that she felt she would act as the perfect 'foil'.
On her show, Kareena also said that she loved social media for giving the opportunity to connect with people so easily. The actress revealed that whenever she likes a fellow actress' work, she makes sure to message her personally or congratulate the star on her social media account. Bebo said that gone are the days when actresses would bad-mouth about each other. Now, they support and encourage fellow artists to keep doing great work. She revealed that she last messaged Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt for their impressive performances.
Meanwhile, Kareena has been sharing glimpses on her brand new Instagram account from her family life with Saif and Taimur occasionally featuring in the pictures of captions.

On the work front, Kareena's 'Angrezi Medium' with Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan was just released digitally on OTT platforms worldwide, owing to the uncertainty of when theatres would open up amidst the Coronavirus outbreak. She will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha along with Aamir Khan.
