Covid-19: MP minister flouts lockdown, social distancing norms to conduct aarti at a temple

Commoners are arrested for public gatherings, but Madhya Pradesh home minister Narottam Mishra conducted ‘aarti’ and ‘anushthan’ at a temple in Datia flouting social distancing norms during Covid-19 lockdown. The Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus) cases have been increasing day by day across the country and they have now breached 50k mark. The Union Health Ministry has issued certain guidelines which need to be followed during the lockdown, such as staying at home and social distancing in order to curb the spread of pandemic.
