Covid-19 suspect dies at Azamgarh hospital

Varanasi: A Covid-19 suspect died at the district hospital of Azamgarh on Friday. The man and his son were quarantined in shelter home after returning from Delhi.
According to reports, the father-son duo, resident of Atrauliya area, were quarantined at the shelter home. Their samples were collected and sent for testing on May 20.
After the man’s health started deteriorating, he was admitted to the hospital, where he died during treatment.His sample test report is waited. His son has been admitted to the hospital.
Chief medical officer Dr AK Mishra said that the cremation of the suspect’s body would be performed following prescribed protocol.
