LUCKNOW: UPSRTC officers used Google translator to help a labourer reach his home in Vijaywada.
The man, Vijay Pillai, who worked as a labourer in Kozhikode, Kerala had, by mistake, boarded a train to UP instead of a train to his hometown.
When he reached Charbagh railway station in Lucknow, he realised he has reached a wrong place. But the fact that he could neither speak Hindi nor English made it difficult for him to convey his problem.
When UPSRTC officers, who help passengers coming from Shramik specials at railway stations to board buses to different districts, asked him which district would he go to he could not say.

That is when ARM, Kaiserbagh, Gaurav Verma and his team used Google translator and got to know the man's plight.
After requesting railway officers he was made to board a train which was going from Azamgarh to Secunderabad via Lucknow.
