Samurai Shodown Collection to first launch on Epic Games Store and will be free for a week

SNK Games earlier today released a trailer of its upcoming Samurai Shodown collection game that is expected to launch in the next couple of weeks. The game is expected to first launch as Epic Games Store's exclusive on June 11 and will be completely free for a week. The game arrives on Steam on June 18, while PlayStation 4 and Switch players will be able to download the game starting July 28 for $39.99.
The Samurai Shodown Neo Geo collection will come with a total of seven games which include all the six iterations of classic series -- Samurai Shodown, Samurai Shodown II, Samurai Shodown III, Samurai Shodown IV, Samurai Shodown V, Samurai Shodown V Special and Samurai Shodown V Perfect along with an unreleased game of the series which also happens to be the last game to launch under the Samurai Shodown series.
According to the official website of the series, each title in the series features an online multiplayer mode along with casual mode, arcade mode and more. The titles will also comes with a Museum Mode and music player.
For those unaware, the first Samurai Shodown title was launched back in 1994 and since then the SNK Games have launched several iterations of the game. The developer is also supposed to launch another title alongside the release of Neo Geo Samurai Shodown Collection.
