Tamil Nadu CM opens housing projects of TNHB and Slum Clearance Board

CHENNAI: Chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami on Thursday inaugurated various housing projects of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) and Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board (TNSCB) across the state.
They include a 32-storeyed building at Tiruvottiyur and quarters for government employees on rental basis in Purasawalkam.
A press release here said 1,314 housing plots were also inaugurated in Trichy district.Housing projects were launched in Thanjavur, Ariyalur, Kanyakumari and Erode districts.
The release further said the total value of the projects that were inaugurated on Thursday is nearly Rs 300 crore.
