Fire in highrise at South Mumbai, no one injured

A minor fire broke out in a flat of 40 floor residential building, Orbit Height, at Nana Chowk in South Mumbai on Saturday afternoon. No one sustained any injury in the incident.

The fire broke out in kitchen of a flat on 26th floor.
MUMBAI: A minor fire broke out in a flat of 40 floor residential building, Orbit Height, at Nana Chowk in South Mumbai on Saturday afternoon. No one sustained any injury in the incident.

Officials stated that the fire broke out in kitchen of a flat on 26th floor, and it was confined to electric wiring and furniture of the flat. All the residents came out safely and security staff has extinguished the fire with the help of building’s firefighting system before arrival of the fire brigade.
