Amidst strong global cues and opening of mandis across Madhya Pradesh, the demand in palm and other oils increased leading to a rise in soya oil prices. On Monday, soya refined Indore (Ruchi) rose to ₹815 for 10 kg, Vippy ₹807, Avi ₹808, while soya refined Neemuch (MS) was quoted at ₹796, Dhanuka ₹796, Bajrang ₹810, soya refined Pachore (MS) at ₹805, while soya refined Mandsaur (Amrit) was quoted at ₹800 for 10 kg, respectively. Soya solvent also traded higher at ₹765-70 for 10 kg. Increased demand in oil also lifted plant deliveries of soyabean to ₹3,950 a quintal. Improved domestic buying boosted soyameal with its prices on Monday being quoted at ₹32,000 a tonne.
