A group of parents from ICSE schools in the city have written to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations raising concerns about its plan to hold the remaining exams in July.

MUMBAI: A group of parents from ICSE schools in the city have written to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations raising concerns about its plan to hold the remaining exams in July. The council last week announced the pending ICSE and ISC exams would be held between July 1 and July 14.
Contending the Coronavirus situation in Mumbai and in the State was worrisome, the parents, in a letter to Gerry Arathoon, chief executive and secretary, have proposed various solutions the Board could consider such as calculating the score based on the exams conducted, marking students based on the performance in prelims and other exams.
