Odisha: Two VCs get additional charges of Rajendra University, Kalahandi University

BHUBANESWAR: Vice-chancellors (VCs) of Berhampur University and Sambalpur University will take charge as first VCs of Kalahandi University and Balangir University respectively, in addition to their original duties. Office of the Chancellor has issued the official orders on Friday.
Berhampur University VC, Govind J Chakrapani, will act as VC of newly created Kalahandi University, Bhawanipatna, in addition to his duties for a period of one year or till regular VC joins in Kalahandi University or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Sambalpur University VC, Deepak Kumar Behera, will act as first VC of Rajendra University Balangir in addition to his own duties till January 17, 2021, or till regular VC joins in the university or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
