RuPaul has worried fans after mysteriously wiping all the posts from his Instagram and deleting his Twitter profile.

The Drag Race host wiped his social media accounts despite having a 4.2m followers on Instagram and more than 1 million followers on Twitter.

Some of the entertainer's fans have speculated that his account may have been hacked.

While another fan joked RuPaul was simply leaving the girl group Fifth Harmony and it "would be a true loss".

The wiping of his accounts comes as fellow Drag Race star alum Kameron Michaels also emptied his Instagram and Twitter accounts - suggesting the pair decided to make the move together.
