Seven cops who returned to work after getting treatment for Covid-19 were welcomed back to their duties by Rachakonda CP in Telangana on Monday.

HYDERABAD: Seven cops who returned to work after getting treatment for Covid-19 were welcomed back to their duties by Rachakonda CP in Telangana on Monday.
Sudheer Krishna, DI of Balapur PS, Sreedevi, inspector communication, Raju, ASI, Anil Kumar, head constable, Shaik Maoulana, constable of Yadgirigutta PS, Ganesh, constable attached at ACP Malkajgiri Office, and Saideep, constable of Medipally PS, on Monday joined back duty.

Each one of them shared their experience of their recovery and stress related to the disease. Mahesh Bhagwat, CP Rachakonda, said, the officers have been mentally strong with the support of family and will-power that they have overcome the disease and joined the duty.

"The other officers who are now undergoing treatment will also emerge victorious in the fight against Covid-19. Rachakonda Police have conducted the medical examination of some officers while 20 of them have been asked to take rest," added CP Rachakonda.
All the recovered officers expressed gratitude to the CP Rachakonda, Mahesh Bhagwat for providing treatment. Families of all the officers who joined back appreciate the gesture of sending dry fruits and medicine kit even after the officers were discharged from hospital or were on isolation.
