Water logging due to BMC's negligence

Complained to BMC yesterday regarding blockage in drainage line. After inspection, they said that the main drainage line is choked and they have to search and clear the blockage. However, nothing was done. By 8 pm, our house got flooded upto calf level. Again called to check the status of my complaint. However, the operator said that they don't have enough manpower now and will clear the choke by morning.By morning, the water level in our had raisen to knee level. When called again in the morning, BMC operator said that because of Sunday they cannot attend to the complaint today. The water level in our house is raising continuously and BMC is not providing any help. Amid the pandemic we are also afraid of rain related diseases. Every year we are facing the same issue, but in spite of multiple complaints, BMC has done nothing to address the issue. Location : PLL MARG, CHEMBUR (W), Mumbai-400089
