Sheffield United do not face any fresh injury concerns heading into Wednesday’s match with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Blades were without four players for the trip to Burnley yesterday after John Lundstram, John Fleck, Luke Freeman and Leon Clarke missed the 1-1 draw after all suffering injuries last week.

Whilst the quartet missed out, Jack O’Connell returned after a five-game absence, featuring as a substitute in the second half to help his side pick up their second away draw in their last four away games.

Wilder joked that only if the transfer window re-opened and he was given money to spend would extra players be available to face Wolves on Wednesday night.

“Unless somebody has just opened up the transfer window and put £100m into our back pocket, then yeah, there is not many coming in,” Wilder jested.

“John Lundstram, Flecky and Luke Freeman are out for a couple of weeks so they are not available so we go with what we have got and do our best.”

It is another tough week for the Blades, whose home match with Champions League chasers Wolves comes just three days before a meeting with Chelsea on home soil.

Wilder has been impressed by the attitude of his squad and will consider rotating his squad due to the run of games he has coming up.

“It is a possibility, I have got to pick the right side,” Wilder added.

“I have always tried to do that. Sometimes, it is not always easy for people to understand but I see the players up close and personal and how they are and how they are feeling and the amount of effort they put in and they will all want to go again, it just picking the right side and we are limited with those three boys being out and our squad being severely stretched.

“There is always tough decisions and I thrive on that, I love tough decisions. I have no problem making them. I don’t want an easy way out.

“I want Jack Robinson playing well, Jack O’Connell to be fit and do 90 minutes, I want Fleck back, I want Freeman back, I want Lundstram back, I want everybody absolutely firing on all cylinders and me having the toughest decisions I have ever made. When I am in that situation, that pleases me the most, I am not comfortable in having to make comfortable decisions, easy decisions. Tough decisions have got to be made and people have to accept that.”
