Mysuru City Corporation has restricted public entry to parks, playgrounds and water bodies including Kukkarahalli Lake following a spike in cases of novel coronavirus in Mysuru.

MYSURU: Mysuru City Corporation has restricted public entry to parks, playgrounds and water bodies including Kukkarahalli Lake following a spike in cases of novel coronavirus in Mysuru.
Mysuru has seen 260 cases in the last one week.
MCC commissioner Gurudatta Hegde has ordered restricting public entry to parks, playgrounds and public places where there is large gathering in MCC limits in view of public safety. The order will be in force till further orders.
It includes places like Kukkarahalli Lake where the public go for morning and evening stroll in large numbers.
