MUMBAI: With the BEST catering to nearly a million passengers in Mumbai now, it has decided to open up its 29 counters across Mumbai to sell new bus passes and to renew them as well from Thursday.
For those who had a bus pass but were not able to travel due to lockdown in the past few months, there will be a service to extend the due date of existing passes and credit the number of days when services were not available to commuters during lockdown.

A separate receipt will be issued to commuters in this connection, said BEST spokesperson Manoj Varade.
