Sonu Sood is a hero in real life: Chittoor farmer after receiving tractor from the actor
Sonu Sood had promised a tractor to the family after a video of farmer Nageshwar Rao's daughters ploughing the field went viral.
Nageshwar Rao, the farmer in Chittoor who let his two daughters plough the field due to financial crisis, is grateful to actor Sonu Sood after receiving a tractor from him. Sood, on July 26, had promised a tractor to the family after a video of the Nageshwar Rao's daughters ploughing the field went viral. The same evening, the tractor was delivered to Nageshwar Rao's house in a remote village of Andhra Pradesh.
Overwhelmed and grateful by Sonu Sood's act, Nageshwar Rao said, "I and my family bow ourselves in the feet of the actor for his kindness. He plays a villain on reel but is a hero in real life."
Nageshwar Rao's family was facing a financial crisis and they couldn't afford oxen to plough their field. A video of a farmer's family went viral on social media where his daughters could be seen carrying the yoke.
Due to financial crisis, they could not hire labourers or oxen on rent to plough the rain-fed soil in the district. Sonu Sood saw the video and promised a tractor for the family.

Nageshwar Rao and his family also held a prayer and started ploughing their land at the village today (July 27), after receiving the brand new tractor.
Meanwhile, TDP (Telugu Desam Party) president Chandrababu Naidu announced that he will be taking care of the education of both the girls of the family. "Spoke with @SonuSood ji & applauded him for his inspiring effort to send a tractor to Nageswara Rao’s family in Chittoor District. Moved by the plight of the family, I have decided to take care of the education of the two daughters and help them pursue their dreams," he wrote on Twitter.
Replying to him, Sonu Sood wrote, "Thank you so much sir for all the encouraging words. Your kindness will inspire everyone to come forward and help the needy. Under your guidance millions will find a way to achieve their dreams. Keep inspiring sir. I look forward meeting you soon."
