Online academic session of Delhi University to start from August 10

NEW DELHI: The online academic session of Delhi University will begin from August 10, the varsity announced on Thursday.
A notice issued by DU said classes would commence for the existing batches of the third, fifth and seventh semester of the UG programme and the third semester of the postgraduate programmes from August 10.
DU had earlier planned the start the new academic session from September 1, but since the calendar was changed by the UGC with admissions expected to go on till September-end, the varsity is expect to start classes for the new batch by mid-October.Delhi University will conduct online open book examinations for final semester students from August 10.
