A Maine man hit it big last month when he won $1 million playing a $25 lottery ticket.Maine Lottery said Mark Ramsdell, of Hebron, won the $1 million in the $50,000,000 Cash Blowout game.Ramsdell wasn’t the only big winner in July.Maine Lottery said Craig Anton of Biddeford won $500,000 in the $500,000 Payout game, and Paul Desrosiers of Biddeford won $250,000 in the "Ca$htastic" game.Maine Lottery paid out nearly $22 million in winnings last month.
