Kashmir map

Published August 10, 2020

THE issue of the map of Kashmir as an integral part of Pakistan through national consensus is a step in the right direction. This will provide the impetus required to further boost the freedom struggle.

Since India has blatantly violated the Simla agreement, it has become void and must be revoked. As a result of the Simla agreement the ceasefire line (CFL) was converted into a line of control (LoC).

The revoking of the Simla agreement will automatically nullify the LoC which should again be called ceasefire line.

Notwithstanding the above, the success of home-grown freedom struggle will one day be successful.

We do not want war, but without the active and direct support of the people of Pakistan, the Kashmiri people cannot achieve their objective. It is felt that along with vigorous political, diplomatic and moral support, it is necessary for Pakistan to move in to help the oppressed Kashmiri people. This is our duty and an obligation.
