Opinion/Letter: Rebecca Perkins Kwoka best to succeed my good friend Martha Fuller Clark

I am excited to endorse Rebecca Perkins Kwoka to fill the New Hampshire State Senate seat being vacated by my good friend Martha Fuller Clark. I spent many years visiting the State House to advocate for voting rights, and I know how important it is to have people who will listen carefully to everyone and seriously consider all points of view.

I believe Rebecca’s background as an attorney at a solar energy company, affordable housing advocate on the Portsmouth City Council and volunteer with the Peace Corps in Senegal has given her the ability to work with many different people to get things done. As a new parent, she also will bring a much-needed voice for young families to the Legislature.

I hope you will join me in voting for Rebecca Perkins Kwoka on September 8.
