Regarding Medlacheruvu, a multi-storied building with 30 floors and an incomplete cellar of Aliens Space Station were existing.

The RDO report had mentioned the encroachments at Vanamcheruvu and Medlacheruvu."Regarding Vanamcheruvu, a building with a bar and restaurant, tin shed, rice mill and a compound wall were constructed in the FTL," the report said.
Regarding Medlacheruvu, a multi-storied building with 30 floors and an incomplete cellar of Aliens Space Station were existing. It has been recommended for cancellation of the NALA permission issued for the extent covered in FTL/buffer zone in 2.17 acres.

Similarly in the same lake area, permissions of six constructions of Nivee Property Developers Pvt Ltd, and compound wall of Sankalp Homes were cancelled.
