Arunoday Singh's ex-wife Lee Elton moves Jabalpur HC for cancellation of divorce decree

Arunoday Singh's ex-wife Lee Elton has challenged Bhopal family court order that granted her and the Jism 2 actor divorce in Jabalpur High Court. Arunoday Singh And Lee Elton were granted divorce by Bhopal family court in 2019. Arunoday Singh got married to his Canadian girlfriend Lee Elton on December 3, 2016. However, after a dispute with Singh, Lee moved to Canada.

Lee Elton has challenged the divorce granted by the family court in Jabalpur High Court and has demanded the cancellation of the decree of divorce.

In her plea in the petition filed in HC, Lee Elton has mentioned that Arunoday Singh was granted a divorce after a unilateral hearing on December 18, 2019.

Singh and Lee' relationship took a hit due to their dogs. The petition also mentions that accusations of cruelty against Lee are not eligible for divorce.

Jabalpur High Court has asked for the records of the family court that granted divorce to the couple in 2019. The next hearing will be held on October 6.

Arunoday Singh took to Instagram in May 2019 to announce separation with wife in an emotional post. Arunoday and Lee Elton dated for a long time before getting married in December 2016.
