Higher and technical education minister Uday Samant said on Thursday the government will extend all possible cooperation to the universities for conducting final-year exams. He also assured students they will get their regular degree certificates with no mention of Covid-19.
In a press meet, Samant said Mumbai University, which has the highest number of final-year candidates, will make all efforts to ensure no student is left out of the exam process.
Students who have not filled their exam forms have been given a three-day extension, he said.
Samant further said the exams will be conducted in the MCQ format in the online mode, but the university plans to conduct offline exams for students who are unable to appear online.
