Couple found dead in Delhi, suicide pact suspected

NEW DELHI: A 50-year-old man and his 45-year-old wife were found dead at their rented accommodation in outer Delhi on Sunday morning.
Police are suspecting the couple died following a suicide pact. They consumed poison, cops said. The man, Kamlesh, worked as a security guard and his wife, Usha, did odd jobs for living. The deaths were discovered by the couple's son-in-law who came to visit them on Sunday.He found them unconscious and raised an alarm. No suicide note was found.
According to preliminary probe, the couple's only son Sandeep had got married nine years ago but didn't have any child due to some medical problem. This had apparently left the couple depressed.
