Deepika Padukone's old photos from 2017 have resurfaced online in which she is seen stepping out of Koko restaurant in Mumbai. The pictures are going viral on social media as her old WhatsApp chats with her manager, Karishma, mentions Koko restaurant. In the same conversation, accessed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), the two women are discussing drugs. The NCB is investigating a drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The agency will soon summon Deepika for questioning.

In the chats from October 28, 2017, Deepika Padukone asks Karishma, "You have maal?" To which Karishma says that she has it at her home, but she can ask someone else to arrange it for the actress. Deepika then says that she wants hash and not weed. In the same chat, Karishma asks Deepika when is she coming to Koko. Deepika says, "11:30/12ish."

Deepika Padukone attended a party at Koko restaurant in Mumbai on the night of October 28, 2017. The party was also attended by Bollywood actors like Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. The photos of all the actors from the party are going viral now.

Deepika was in the news during that time for her film Padmaavat. Earlier, Padmaavat was scheduled to release on December 1, but due to the protests against it, the film hit the screens in January 2018.

Deepika Padukone is among the A-listers whose name has cropped up in the drug probe linked to Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The NCB is going to summon Deepika for questioning. Karishma, Deepika's manager, was summoned by the agency today. However, she couldn't mark her presence in front of the officials as she is out of town.

Karishma works with Jaya Saha - with whom Rhea Chakraborty chatted about CBD oil - as a manager in Kwan talent management agency. Jaya Saha was grilled for four hours on Monday and was called again for questioning on Tuesday. According to NCB sources, the agency has also acquired chats between Jaya Saha and Karishma in which they are discussing drugs.

Apart from Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh's names have also come up in the case. These actresses will also be summoned for questioning in the case. The latest name to be added to the list is that of Dia Mirza.
