Mumbai Indians batsman Suryakumar Yadav hailed his team's captain Rohit Sharma and the pace trio of Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult and James Pattinson after 49 run win over KKR on Wednesday.

Four-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) are a happy side after their first-ever win in UAE. On Wednesday, a Rohit Sharma-inspired Mumbai Indians team demolished a very strong Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team by 49 runs to end their 6-match losing streak in the Guf nation.
Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav stiched a flamboyant 90-run partnership for the 2nd wicket as MI were easily able to set a 196-run target for the Dinesh Karthik's KKR side. Rohit Sharma smashed 6 massive sixes en route his 80-run knock to set the tone for the defending champions.
Praising his captain, MI's top-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav said that Rohit Sharma was a world-class batsman and did not change much to his batting because of massive Sheikh Zayed Stadium's boundaries.
Suryakumar Yadav who himself played a solid 28-ball 47-run knock, said that Rohit Sharma "just played his natural game".
"He is world class batsman and he knows what dimension are there on the ground as well. He keeps it simple when he goes out to bat at Wankhede and the same thing he has been carrying it to Abu Dhabi as well. The boundaries are big here but don't think there was any drastic change in his batting. He just kept thing very very simple, played his natural game what he is known for and the result is there in front of you," Yadav said in the post-match press conference.
Further, Suryakumar Yadav praised MI's pace trio of Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah and James Pattinson. The three pacers scalped 2 wickets each versus KKR on Wednesday. Yadav had special praises in store for Jaspirt Bumrah. He called him the best in the world and hailed his work ethics. Notably, in the 5th match of IPL 2020, Bumrah sent Andre Russell and Eoin Morgan packing in the same over.
"Having three world class quickies in the team is always a blessing. Bumrah, I feel is the best in the world. His rhythm, his work ethics, his discipline during the training sessions have been unbelievable as I have been seeing in the last few days. Of course, he has comeback stronger and he will and he will keep getting stronger as the game progresses."
Mumbai Indians will next face Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Monday.
