Protests held across India over contentious farm bills

Protests were held across the country on Friday over the contentious farm bills introduced in Parliament. Student parties extended support for farmers in Chandigarh while the Congress staged a protest against the bills in Visakhapatnam. Left parties and farmers also staged demonstrations against the new bills in Bhubaneswar.
