Salem announces final regular voter registration session

Salem — The registrars of voters will host one more regular voter registration session on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is the last opportunity for currently eligible electors to register to vote before the Nov. 3 election.

Electors who become eligible after Oct. 27 but before Nov. 3 may participate in a limited registration session from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2.

For more information, call the registrars' office at (860) 859-3873, ext. 230. Residents wishing to register must call the office when they arrive, as Town Hall is closed to the public. It is located at 270 Hartford Road.
