Homes, shops burnt in violent clash along Assam-Mizoram border

In a violent clash along the Assam-Mizoram border in Cachar district, at least 20 houses and shops were set ablaze. Several people were also injured as a shower of petrol bombs landed from the other side of the boundary. Clashes broke out after a dispute over a Mizo checkpoint set up the previous night.
