Close associate of ‘Kimbula Ela Guna’ arrested

A close associate of the large-scale drug racketeer ‘Kimbula Ela Guna’ has been arrested by the Police Special Task Force (STF).
The arrest has been made during a raid carried out in the Wellampitiya area.
A stash of 04 grams and 320 milligrams of heroin has been found on the arrestee.
The STF revealed that the suspect is linked to many murders and drug trafficking operations.
The arrested suspect has been handed over to the Wellampitiya Police for onward investigations.
He is to be produced before a court today (20).
