Man-of-the-Match Manish Pandey (83* off 47; 8x6s & 4x4s):"There were enough talks around our middle order. High time for us to perform. I just wanted to stay on the wicket and play my shots. Really happy that it came off today. We had the opportunity to win the game for SRH, really happy I'm standing here. We had plans to see Jofra off. We had a plan to take on the leggies and Indian bowlers, and it paid off.
The first ball I middled through covers and I tried to keep my shape. I was hitting it well and I tried to get my team over the line. Vijay was also long due and he stepped up batting at 4. We are trying to take positives from this match and we'll try to keep it up for the rest of the tournament."
SRH skipper David Warner:"I think the way we started was fantastic. We were able to bring it back after the powerplay. It's been a complete game, we have been asking for. Good to see two guys getting the reward. I was frustrated. You try hard to get through the first over, but with someone bowling at 150ks, you can't do much. You can take him on. We saw a lot of dew last night during training, and it came in again. Jason adds strength to our bowling, his experience, he's an all-round package. He's a great inclusion. We do have a middle order, there are always question on it. We haven't lost early wickets before, so they haven't got a chance. I have said in the past, we are a better defending team. You have to back yourself, no matter what. This cold weather and dew comes in."
Vijay Shankar (52* off 51 balls | 3-0-15-1):"I have been bowling pretty well, I don't know when I will get the ball so I just wanted to be ready whenever I'm called. I tried to take pace off, hit the hard length and bowl cross-seamed. We just thought we should take the game deep. We knew Jofra would come hard at us. Personally this was a do-or-die game for me. I batted just 18 balls prior to this. It was a good challenge and I was looking forward to something like this because it will give me a lot of confidence if I do well in that situation. I asked Manish if I should go for the shots because I didn't want him to feel the pressure because of me and play a rash shot. We were communicating in that partnership, that's why we were able to take the game deep."
RR skipper Steve Smith: "We started well, Jofra taking two big wickets early but we couldn't keep the foot on the pedal. Vijay played smart innings and Manish took the game on and played really nicely. I consulted a few other boys, it was talked about (giving (Jofra another over up front) but opted against and in hindsight after what happened, probably would've given him one more over. It was on my mind. It (the wicket) got better as the game went on. It was slow and stopping in the first innings, it was one of those wickets which was quite hard to start on. We needed some more runs in the first innings. I can't put my finger on anything, there are plenty of good players and good teams. We haven't been able to pull back to back wins. We just need to keep winning and don't how things will work for us mathematically, we have to keep winning, that's our job now."

1 over: SRH 4/1
Successful start for both Jofra Archer and Rajasthan Royals - a big wicket and just one boundary off it.
0.4 overs: OUT! Jofra Archer removes David Warner (4) early. SRH 4/1
What a start for Rajasthan. Ben Stokes took a brilliant catch diving to his left, from second slip, and grabbing it with both hands.
0.3 overs: FOUR! David Warner opens his account with a boundary, which flies just over the first slip. LUCKY! SRH 4/0
Welcome Back! David Warner and Jonny Bairstow to start the SRH run chase. Jofra Archer with the ball for RR.
Jason Holder (4-0-33-3):"Good to get a game. It's been a long time, a few years off the IPL circuit, good to be back. I was pleased with the way I bowled. Just tried to think a little ahead of the batters. Upfront, it's difficult in the powerplay at times. I tried not to be too predictable. It was an opportunity to get wickets at the back end when the guys are going hard at you. I try to think as a batter. It's hard on these grounds with the ways these guys are playing these days. I think it is a par total, something we can chase. I think it's slow, got better as it went on. There's a bit of dew starting to form, maybe it will be a bit difficult in the second half for the bowlers trying to grip the ball. With the dew factor now, I think it's something we can definitely chase."
20 overs: RR 154/6
SIX! Jofra Archer (16* off 7 balls), who started the over with a four, ended the innings with a big six over long-off off T Natarajan as Rajasthan scored 13 runs in the final over. It took the total just over 150-mark. Looks little short, but something to defend for Rajasthan bowlers. Natarajan's final figures: 4-0-46-0
19 overs: RR 141/6
Just seven runs and two wickets from Jason Holder's final over. Brilliant one from the West Indian as he returned figures of 3 for 33 in 4 overs in his first outing in UAE.
18.2 overs: OUT! Jason Holder strikes again, dismisses Riyan Parag (20). RR 135/6
Third wicket for Holder as he ended young Parag's cameo - 20 off 12 balls with the help of a six and two fours. Holder bowled a wide after taking Smith's wicket, but came up with a slower wide short ball and Parag only managed to skied it. Warner took a good catch after moving backward from mid-off, the SRH skipper fumbled but managed to hold on to it.
18.1 overs: OUT! Jason Holder gets rid of Steve Smith (19). RR 134/5
Smith hit it straight to Manish Pandey at long-on. No final flourish from Rajasthan skipper tonight as he fell for 19 off 15 balls which included two fours. Another timely breakthrough for Hyderabad.
18 overs: RR 134/4
1, 1, 4, 6, 4, 0 - 16 runs off T Natarajan's over, most expensive of the innings so far. Riyan Parag (20* off 11) smacked two fours and a six in successive balls in it. Much needed one for Rajasthan.
17.4 overs: FOUR & SIX! After a cheeky four over fine leg in the previous delivery, Riyan Parag (16*) smacks T Natarajan over extra cover for a maximum. RR 130/4

* 100 comes up for RR in 14.1 overs -- 100/3
14 overs: RR 99/3
After five straight singles, Shahbaz Nadeem was hit for a four off the final delivery by Steve Smith (7*). Nine off it for Rajasthan.
* Bowling change: Shahbaz Nadeem comes into the attack
13 overs: RR 90/3
A wicket and just four runs off Rashid Khan in the over. Good one for Hyderabad.
12.1 overs: OUT! Rashid Khan cleans up Ben Stokes for 30. RR 86/3
BOWLED! Stokes' struggling effort came to an end as he missed the ball entirely and it ricocheted off his pad onto the stumps. Stokes departed after scoring 30 off 32 balls which included just two fours. Two wickets in four balls will clearly have a big impact on Rajasthan's total especially when the two were the set batsmen. Two new batsmen in the middle now.
12 overs: RR 86/2
Good finish to the over from Jason Holder, after conceding nine runs in his first three balls the tall West Indian took a wicket and bowled three dots.
11.4 overs: OUT! Jason Holder cleans up Sanju Samson for 36. RR 86/2
Big Wicket. Samson was looking to up the ante but he had just hit a big six in the previous delivery. This time Holder bowled a slow off-cutter and it castled the top of his stumps. Samson played a good knock tonight after a while, scoring 36 off 26 balls with the help of a six and three fours. He also added 56 runs for the second wicket with Ben Stokes.
11.3 overs: SIX! Sanju Samson (36*) smacks Jason Holder over deep mid-wciket for his second maximum. RR 86/1
* 50-run partnership between Ben Stokes (30*) and Sanju Samson (30*) - RR 80/1 in 11.2 overs
11 overs: RR 77/1
Brilliant over from Vijay Shankar at this stage, when batsmen are looking to up the ante with wickets in hand. Just three runs off it.

10 overs: RR 74/1
Another tidy over from Rashid Khan, six runs off it without a boundary.
Time-Out!
9 overs: RR 68/1
11 runs off T Natarajan's over as Sanju Samson (28* off 20) started it with a four over mid-wicket. Samson looked in good touch today.
8 overs: RR 57/1
DROPPED! Ben Stokes (19*) got a life off the final delivery as Vijay Shankar dropped a running catch at deep mid-wicket. Rashid Khan was the unlucky bowler. The spinner though started with a tidy over, conceding just four runs in it.
* More bowling change: Rashid Khan comes into the attack
7 overs: RR 53/1
Good start from T Natarajan too as he gave away just six runs in it without conceding a boundary.
* 50 comes up for RR in 6.3 overs - 51/1
* Change from both ends: T Natarajan comes into the attack
6 overs: RR 47/1
End of Powerplay. Good start from Vijay Shankar, gave away just four singles in it.
* Bowling change: Vijay Shankar comes into the attack
5 overs: RR 43/1
10 runs off Sandeep Sharma over as Sanju Samson (10*) smacked two consecutive fours in it.
4.5 overs: FOURS! Sanju Samson (10*) also opens his boundary count with back-to-back fours off Sandeep Sharma. Two classy boundaries from a class batsman. RR 43/1
4 overs: RR 33/1
The over started with back-to-back fours, but Jason Holder ran Robin Uthappa out with a direct hit at non-striker's end. Rajasthan scored 11 runs off the over though.
3.3 overs: OUT! Robin Uthappa run out for 19. RR 30/1
What just happened? Uthappa went too far down after the ball cramped Ben Stokes and fell near his off stump. Jason Holder picked the ball on his follow through and turned back to hit the stumps at non-striker's end. Uthapa could not return in time and was nowhere near his crease. A promising start came to an abrupt end for Rajasthan opener. Uthappa hit a six and two fours in his 13-ball cameo.
3.2 overs: FOURS! Ben Stokes (11*) opens his boundary count with back-to-back fours off Jason Holder. RR 30/0
3 overs: RR 22/0
After hitting a six early in the over, Robin Uthappa (19*) charged out to smack a confident four towards long-on off the final delivery of Sandeep Sharma's over. 13 runs came off it. Good one for Rajasthan.
2.3 overs: SIX! Robin Uthappa (14*) smacks Sandeep Sharma over square leg for the first maximum of the night. RR 16/0
2 overs: RR 8/0
Jason Holder started his spell with four straight dot balls, but was hit for a four off the last delivery by Robin Uthappa (8*). Six runs from the over.
* Jason Holder to share the new ball with Sandeep Sharma
1 over: RR 3/0
Good, tidy start from Sandeep Sharma, gave away just three singles in it.

TOSS | Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper David Warner wins toss, opts to bowl against Rajasthan Royals in Dubai
Captains at the toss:
Steve Smith: "The wickets are getting older and older, slowing down late in the game. I was looking to bat. Not anymore, you get used to it (playing against Warner). We have been playing IPL for a long time now. It's part of the world. We are fortunate to be involved in such a great tournament. It was a good win the other night (against CSK). Our bowlers did an outstanding job and Jos was playing on a different wicket. We are heading in the right direction, playing good cricket for large chunks of the game. We need to close it out. You got to play well to make it to the finals and you need to peak at the right time. We are getting some right form together and hopefully we can put on a good show tonight. Same team."
David Warner:"We are gonna bowl. I don't think too much is going to change. The last game here, it held up a bit more in the first half of the game. It came on quite nice in the back end. We just have to wait and see. It's alright, we get another game today (when he was told that his team hasn't been successful while chasing). He's (KW) done something to his quad, that's unfortunate. We have the big man Holder coming in. Nadeem is in for Thampi. It's been tough not to include him (Holder) in the team before. Things have changed and we have to try something different. I am always nice and calm. After a couple of losses, I was a bit edgy, now have had time to relax and gather my thoughts. It's quite difficult in the bubble. For us, it's about coming out and putting our best foot forward."

LATEST NEWS | Sunrisers Hyderabad's Kane Williamson has been ruled out due to injury
Pitch Report:
"It's a great surface, it's the same surface that they played on the last game. The groundsman has done a fantastic job. There's a bit of grass on top, but it's dry and hard underneath. The teams won't be too worried about it. This pitch, under lights, has quickened up a little bit. Little bit of dew settling in, not heavy to notice, but quickening up the pitch enough for the batsmen to have enough pace to execute their strokes and maybe making the outfield little bit faster. It's not a bad thing to chase. If you are batting first and if you are not getting the pace off the pitch, don't fight in. Settle in, rotate strike and pick your areas against the poor balls." - Kumar Sangakkara
