Kaun Banega Crorepati 12: Host Amitabh Bachchan converses with Padma Shri awardee Phoolbasan Yadav in Bhojpuri asks her to address him as 'brother'

The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12 Karamveer episode featured Chhattisgarh’s Phoolbasan Yadav along with seasoned actress Renuka Shahane on the hot seat. The episode showed the amount of work Phoolbasan Yadav has done and host Amitabh Bachchan looked quite impressed and motivated with her work.
In the beginning of the episode, host Big B was seen conversing with her in Bhojpuri and totally enjoyed it.
50-year-old Phoolbasan Yadav has been working towards the development of economically and socially backward women of Chhattisgarh.Yadav's struggle against poverty to achieve self-empowerment and empowering others stands as a huge inspiration. Yadav does not just serve women in being economically self-sufficient by creating employment, but also takes care of the villages that need basic requirements like sanitation, health, water, spreads awareness against child marriage.
Apart from that, she established a Mahila Fauj to mobilise a de-addiction movement in villages to keep a check on cases of domestic violence.
During the early stage of the game Phoolbasan and Renuka Shahane took a helpline but after they came in form kept on answering questions wisely.
During one of the questions, Renuka got elated as it featured her husband's name and she was aware of the answer even before looking at the options. When Big B read out the questions, meaning “one who is easily pleased”, which of these is a name of Lord Shiva? Renuka smiled and said, “Mere pati ka naam.” The options were: a) Manmohan b) Ashutosh c) Keshav d) Madhav.
The answer was, of course, Ashutosh.

While playing the game Phoolbasan kept sharing emotional and inspiring stories from her life. During one of the conversations, she revealed that once she thought of killing herself and kids as she did not have money to feed her kids. But it was her eldest daughter who requested that she don't want to die. The story made Renuka and Amitabh Bachchan both emotional.
While talking to Big B, Phoolbasan kept addressing Big B as sir and he requested her to call him bhaiya (brother) as he likes it. Mr. Bachchan asked her if she watches Bollywood films, she shared she mostly watches the campaigns and the Ads, Big B is associated with. The Baghban actor told her that if ever in future she needs him for any campaign or any other help he will always be there for him.
KBC 12's host Amitabh Bachchan was inspired after looking at the introductory video made on Phoolbasan. He asked her how she manages to run so many things smoothly which even the top businessmen are sometimes not able to do, she said, "If you stay alone, these things will never cross your mind. For example, if you hit a cat or a dog with a stone, they will run away. But try pelting a beehive with a stone. The bees will attack you. This is the might of a sangathan!" With such simplicity she explained that when you are alone, you are scared… but together, you can become a collective force that is unstoppable."
Phoolbasan and Renuka Shahane's team won Rs 50, 00, 000.
