Brutal: Nitin Gadkari takes a swipe at corrupt babus

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari during the inauguration ceremony of NHAI's new building in Nagpur slammed non-performing babus. In a video address he pointed out how babus associated with this project took over 9 years of completion of the building. Gadkari said, he was rather ashamed at the performance. He further said that the photographs of officials responsible for the delay should be displayed in the building "so that people came to know about those great personalities who took nine years to construct a building".
