Bihar polls, phase 3: Will Muzaffarpur 'shelter home' incident haunt JDU?

The Muzaffarpur constituency will see an interesting battle as many voters are not happy with the development. Further, the Muzaffarpur 'shelter home' incident where many girls were subjected to sexual abuse might be an issue for many voters. The first phase of voting saw 55.69 per cent and the second phase witnessed 53.51 per cent polling in Bihar. The state assembly has 243 seats and results will be declared on November 10.
