A man from Windsor just claimed his Tri-State Megabucks prize, after getting the winning ticket for the Oct. 28 drawing.Gregory McAllister says he has been playing the same since his his 27th birthday 35 years ago. The winning numbers were 02-09-16-27-30 Megaball 05. His ticket is worth $3.2 million.“I just can’t believe I finally won,” said McAllister. “I feel great!! McAllister has been the bar manager at Sarah’s Café in Wiscasset for 20 years. “I am planning to stay there for now, as the people and the place are like home to me, but,” he laughed, “I may drop a couple of shifts.”He chose to take the cash option of $2,546,249. After taxes, he will take home $1,807,837.He bought his ticket at the Wiscasset Quik Stop. The store received a $30,000 bonus for selling the winner.
