BANDA: Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 7-year-old boy here, police said on Saturday.
The body of the minor was recovered on Thursday evening from a well in Kanshiram Colony, which falls under the limits of Kotwali police station, they said.
Station house officer (SHO) Dinesh Singh said Pappu Mali, the lover of the boy's mother, his brother Sonu Maali and his aide Bala Prasad Kushwaha have been arrested.

The SHO said the woman had been living with her lover along with her four children for the past few years. The woman and Pappu had an argument a couple of days ago, following which she returned to her husband.
The three accused killed the boy as the woman refused to live with Pappu, the SHO said.
Singh said Pappu was arrested shortly afterwards while his brother Sonu and his aide Kushwaha were held later.
