The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12 began with roll-over contestant, IPC officer Mohita Sharma who had played till 9th question in the previous episode. In Monday's episode it was shown that Mohita is currently posted in Jammu Kashmir Cadre as an ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police) in Bari Brahmana, Samba, she looks after the law and order of a subdivision of the district.
She has two police stations, namely Bari Brahmana and PurMandal, under her supervision. Mohita aspires to be a National Security Advisor like Ajit Doval. During the game Mohita had used only two lifelines before answering the Rs 1 crore questions. When she was facing an issue while answering the Rs 1 crore question, Big B reminded her that she can't use the two remaining lifelines for the Rs 7 crore question. That's when Mohita made up her mind and used the expert lifeline and answered the question.

Big B revealed to Mohita that the Ask The Expert guest for tonight Pankaj Pachauri who made her win Rs 1 crore was also part of KBC season 5 winner Sushil Kumar's episode and he had helped him also to win the game.

After winning Rs 1 crore, Mohita asked Big B if she could have a sip of water.
Host Amitabh Bachchan then presented the Rs 7 crore question in front of Mohita. The question for Rs 7 crore was:

The next contestant to make it to the hot seat was Jwala Jit Singh, an Inspector from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. In his introduction, he shared that he took part in the show to live up to his father's expectations. Jwala had got his wife as his companion. During the show, Jwala's wife complained to Amitabh Bachchan and revealed that he hasn't proposed to her ever in their married life. Host Big B immediately asked Jwala Jit to propose to his wife and made him say I love you to her. Amitabh then joked and told him that now from hereon his married life will be peaceful and he should give him credit for the same.
Amitabh will continue the game with Jwala Jit Singh in Tonight's episode.
