On cam: 17-year-old boy rams bike into scooter in Tamil Nadu's Dharmapuri

In a shocking incident, a 17-year -old boy rammed a bike into two minor girls on a scooter in Tamil Nadu's Dharampuri district. The incident was caught on CCTV cameras. The horrific visual showed that the bike rammed into two girls when they were trying to cross the road. They were flung into the air. Later, a few passerby came to their rescue. The police have registered a case and they are questioning their parents.
