Prohibitory orders in 5 districts in Haryana

JIND: Prohibitory orders were imposed in Jind, Charkhi Dadri, Hisar, Fatehabad and Sirsa to avoid any untoward incident.
In Jind, local farmers said they had been making arrangements for food and fuel for Punjab farmers. Jind deputy commissioner Aditya Dahiya said they had sealed the Haryana-Punjab border in the districts at various points and nearly 600 cops have been deployed at Datta Singhwala village.
“The administration received inputs that some miscreants can create problems for us. We have banned the gathering of more than five people in the district and we won’t allow Punjab farmers entry in our territory,” the DC added.
