Our Mission
We believe every community should have access to the best tools and coaching to build resilient and sustainable utilities. Good stewardship of critical infrastructure works toward the triple bottom line of fiscal, social and environmental responsibility and benefits everyone.
We recognize there is a large segment of underserved or overlooked communities that may not have the resources or the optimal size for deploying a high caliber asset management initiative. We are actively working to address this problem through our Asset Management Grant Program.
The Program offers a limited number of software and coaching grants available to select, qualified communities or agencies. The grant includes the first year of the MentorAPM suite license for free*, with subsidized implementation and asset management roadmap coaching. We work with you to coordinate other resources like regional Environmental Finance Center programs and to leverage partnerships with local educational institutions.
