Christmas came early for one Panhandle woman, after winning the top prize in a Nebraska Lottery Scratch game.
Martha Goldrick of Alliance won $40,000 recently playing the Frosty Fun scratch game. The Nebraska Lottery says Goldrick plans on taking her family out to Las Vegas to visit her son after the pandemic.
The odds of winning the $40,000 top prize on the $5 ticket come in at a whopping 1 in 88,000.
