BISMARCK — A North Dakota Powerball player has claimed the $100,000 Powerball prize from the Dec. 19 drawing.
According to a news release from the North Dakota Lottery, the winner, who is from Gardner and chose to remain anonymous, won with a quick-pick ticket.
