West Brom head down to West Ham United on Tuesday evening as they look to string a couple of victories together for the first time this season.

Albion posted just their second win of the campaign at Wolves on Saturday; while that was a particularly sweet one, and the weekend of bragging rights was enjoyed by supporters, attentions within the Albion camp have quickly turned to their meeting with the Irons - and an opportunity to back their Molineux success up.

West Ham themselves have been flying this term and are already well clear of any potential relegation danger, despite being tipped for a survival scrap before the season began.

While the hosts, who beat Burnley on Saturday, will understandably be favourites to win this game too, some home fans are wary of the returning Big Sam and the impact he could potentially have.

It certainly appears as though Albion prefer playing away from home at the moment.

West Ham United fans on West Brom test

Artlin : I do not think that we will give away two soft penalties like Wolves did.

ParkersHere : We need to be careful of the long throws and set pieces, winning the second ball will be really important. Wolves had plenty of the ball in good areas and carved open chances they are missing Jimenez. Sam has them working hard and playing to their strengths but they got lucky with poor defending by Wolves gifting them goals. If we turn up we can take 3 points but we have to be on it as Sam would love to take 3 points from us.

BethnalGreenHammer74 : Big game for us and for Big Sam and WBA. Win this and keep the confidence and momentum going. Need to get at them from the start.

Bubbles1966 : I have a funny feeling there’s going to be a lot of goals in this game. West Ham v West Brom often produces bizarre games - what about the 0-3 at half time with Avram in charge?

Tommy Hammer: People are, rightly, worried about them nicking a goal and sitting back but also forgetting they conceded 2 to Wolves and still looked vulnerable at the back.

Toilet Duck: I don’t mind the Baggies and have some supporter chums, but we need to stick it to the Dudley Destroyer

Estuary : I want WBA to stay up, I want the legend of Big Sam, who I though did a first class job for us, to be enhanced and I want Snoddy to win player of the year for them, but starting on Wed after we beat them.

Rigobert’s Song : I’m worried about this game it will be harder than many think.
