Ranveer to Kartik, Bollywood celebrates India's Border Gavaskar trophy win
Team India won Border Gavaskar trophy by 2-1. From Ranveer Singh to Kartik Aaryan, Bollywood celebs took to social media to celebrate win.
Indian men's cricket team made history today (January 19) by winning Border-Gavaskar trophy. Just like the entire country, Bollywood is also celebrating the historic win of the men in blue. From Ranveer Singh to Kartik Aaryan, actors took to social media to congratulate the team. Despite being bruised by injury concerns, Team India have pulled off a spectacular result, retaining the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by winning the series 2-1 in Gabba.
WHAT DID RANVEER SINGH POST?
Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram story to express his feelings on Team India's Border Gavaskar trophy win. He shared a photo of himself with his face covered with a mask. In the photo, a TV screen can be seen behind the actor on which Indian cricketers are seen celebrating their win. Ranveer wrote, "You can't see my expression, but I'm delirious!!!! What a historic achievement (sic)." The song Chak De India can also be heard in the backdrop in Ranveer's story.
KARTIK AARYAN DEMANDS FOR A FILM BASED ON TEAM INDIA'S WIN
Kartik Aaryan shared a photo of the winning Team India and demanded for a film to be made based on the match India won. He wrote. "Iss match pe toh film banni chahiye (A film should be made on this match). What a Historic win (sic)."

SIDDHARTH CONGRATULATES TEAM INDIA
Southern star Siddharth praised the young Indian team that win the Border Gavaskar trophy. Naming all the young men in the team, he wrote, "Shubman Gill, Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Sundar, Nattu, Pant... So many young future Kings of cricket in the making. Indian cricket is young, vibrant, defiant and well behaved... At all cost! What a day. What a feeling. Never forget. Never look back.
