A $1 million lottery ticket was sold in Superior on Saturday.

The ticket for Saturday's Powerball draw was sold at the Kwik Trip at 2807 Tower Ave., according to the Wisconsin Lottery.

"Someone in Superior had a spectacular weekend," the Wisconsin Lottery tweeted Monday morning.

The winning numbers for Saturday's draw were 8, 5, 17, 28, 27 and 14.
