RCC’s new Nursing Program

Now more than ever, Boston needs skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a variety of settings. RCC’s new Nursing Program offers an affordable, quality education to prepare you for the NCLEX exam and transfer to a four-year nursing program. Located within walking distance of the Longwood medical area, our state-of-the-art nursing simulation lab and mock hospital ensure that you’ll have time to practice your skills in a real-world setting before starting your clinical hours.

Radiologic Technology

Radiographers are responsible for ensuring accurate patient X-rays in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics and medical offices. RCC’s Radiologic Technology Program is a full-time, two-year associate in science degree program providing professional training for radiographers. Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to take the national radiology exam, a prerequisite to seeking employment as a registered entry-level radiographer.

Short-term certificate programs

The short-term certificate programs at RCC prepare you for a career in health care in as little as 3-4 months! RCC staff provides one-on-one support throughout the enrollment process; and throughout your studies, you will continue to receive individual guidance from our team of experienced administrators.

Clinical Medical Assistant

This course introduces you to the clinical responsibilities of health care facilities and hospitals. Topics covered include preparing patients for examination and treatment, routine laboratory procedures, as well as stress and diagnostic testing.

Medical Billing and Coding

This course will introduce you to ICD-10 guidelines, basic claims processes for medical insurance and third-party reimbursements, and specialty fields such as surgery, radiology and laboratory.

Pharmacy Technician

This course introduces you to the theoretical knowledge and hands-on training necessary to work as pharmacy technicians in retail, hospital and fulfillment pharmacy settings. RCC offers this course in partnership with CVS Pharmacy.
